A college group project. The idea was a single platform for panchayat, village office, and healthcare services so people in rural areas can actually access what they’re entitled to without showing up in person for everything.
The village office side handles e-certificates online. The health module connects to the local PHC for vaccinations, child care, and doctor availability. There’s also a small ML model built in Google Colab that takes health parameters and predicts overall health. Six user roles, real-time chat, video calls with doctors, and notifications for due dates were all part of the plan.
We submitted a paper on it for Kerala University. Full thing is below.

There’s a lot I wanted to add and a lot I’d do differently now. Posting it anyway because it’s where I’m at. More on this later when it’s in better shape.
